A Sneak Peek and a Give-Away

Just for a some fun I thought I'd insert a little sneak peek at what will be happening for the July needlebook.  Again, not much colour.  Well, it is Winter here, and things are pretty drab I must say.  I promise August will be more colourful.................  Okay, for what's it's worth, this is a sample of what is going on.

And, in celebration of the half way mark for my year of the needlebook, I am looking at a give-away.  If you would like to comment on which needlebook you feel is your 'favourite', and your name is drawn out, I will be happy to send it to you.  I am so overwhelmed by the support I've received from friends and fellow bloggers, I feel inspired to share.

I will celebrate three months as a Blogger on July 7, so if you care to have your say prior to that date, we'll make drawing day then.  You can find each of the six needlebooks pictured with relevant explanations a little further down.   Thank you one and all for your support.

Black and white, winter, my favourite colours and season. I looking forward to seeing how you use these colours in your needle case.

Hi LindaP. You most probably didn't realize that I follow your Blog regularly and am amazed by you artistic and creative talents. Today my ears perked up when I saw "giveaway"!
But more importantly that you are asking which needlecase is a favourite! That was a difficult decision to make as I think each and every one is lovely. But I seem to be partial to MAY as I seem to recall having a bit to do with your having used machine embroidery. The fabric and colours you chose in May are also really appealing to me ... very warm.
Keep up the wonderful work and thanks so much for sharing on your Blog.
Cheers,
Linda A

I love the colours and fabrics you have chosen for July. Can't wait to see what you stitch with them.

Now you are such a wonderful, generous lady. I love June's needlebook and would love the chance to go into the draw for it. I think it is beautiful. But such a hard choice because all your needlebooks are beautiful.

I like all your needlebooks Linda, but I think March is my favourite. I think you are amazing to take on a challenge to make one each month. Cheers, Robin

Linda, I thought you might be interested in a needlebook pattern that I came upon some time ago. It is done in the shape of a ladies fan and hand embroidered with pansies. Really pretty! At some point I hope to attempt making it but that could be in a year or 10 at the rate I'm going.
Here is the link for you to take a peek.

Hi Linda, the needlecase you describe sounds really pretty. Do you mind just altering the link, as somehow, Blogger has done a switcheroo on you and put mine in!!! Thanks for the feedback.
